Erica A. Arias is a nationally recognized nonprofit executive and leadership strategist with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, business development, and organizational transformation. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Los Angeles Police Museum and is the founder and CEO of AriaStrategies Inc., a boutique leadership firm focused on governance, executive training, and capacity building for mission-driven organizations.

A two-time master’s graduate, Erica holds a Master of Education from the University of La Verne and a Master of Executive Leadership from the University of Southern California.
